Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CallyraSMS, operated by Callyrasms Digital Services Limited. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Acceptable Use Policy.

The service

CallyraSMS rents temporary phone numbers from an upstream provider so you can receive one-time verification messages. Numbers are shared resources and are not yours to keep. We do not guarantee that any particular third-party service will accept a number or deliver a code.

Your account and wallet

You fund a prepaid wallet held in US dollars. Deposits in other currencies are converted at the rate shown before you pay, which is locked for that payment. Orders are charged from your wallet when a number is issued; the final price never exceeds the amount shown when you ordered.

Suspension

We may pause ordering and top-ups on an account while suspected abuse is reviewed. A pause never removes your balance. Serious or repeated breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy may lead to account closure.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
